JCAART(Japanese Conference on the Advancement of Assistive and Rehabilitation Technology) is held every year. It is a great opportunity to discuss assistive technology for persons with disabilities

We strongly recommend to participate-not only persons with disabilities themselves, but persons in the field of engineeiring, medical science, social welfare, education and government if you are interested in the application of rehabilitation engineering .

There is no dress code in order to discuss frankly.

This program is for the participants from Asia and other countries as well as from all over Japan. The objectives of this session are to actively communicate and exchange informations concerning rehabilitation engineering with other countries. Topics have no limitations; however, we encourage participants to discuss not only the topic presented but related topics including an international comparison, and relationships between rehabilitation related organizations. Participants are encouraged to use English as an official language inside this session. But do not be afraid to join because of the language. We will take care of you if not confident in English conversations.
